SERVICES

SDI can field Armed Security (ASO) and Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) with our K-9 Teams to meet VIP and Executive Protection (EP) needs. All K-9 teams are certified yearly with 3rd party certifications. Our EDD and NDD K-9 Teams routinely travel throughout the country to serve and protect our clients. Our K-9s can quickly be imprinted with any new odors upon request.

EXPLOSIVE DETECTOR K-9 TEAMS (EDD)

SDI uses mostly Labrador Retrievers that are highly motivated and social. They are single purpose K-9's that are trained to a passive response (sit or down). The EDD is trained to locate and indicate the presence of over 20 explosive compounds. For security reasons we will only release this list to our clients. SDI employees are certified K-9 handlers, possess permits to carry handguns, and are either registered armed security or law enforcement officers.

NARCOTICS DETECTOR K-9 TEAMS (NDD)

As with our EDD teams, SDI's K-9's are made up of highly motivated and social Labrador Retrievers. The NDD is trained to locate the prevailing street drugs found in the United States (Cocaine, Heroin, Marijuana, Methamphetamine, and other "club drug"). The
K-9's are also trained as single purpose, passive response detector dogs.

SDI also provides K-9 and Security consulting services. We can offer our clients a vast array of consulting programs from start up to maintenance and training. SDI has National Certifying K-9 Agents, prior military Counter Terrorism Experts and Law Enforcement professionals to provide a full range of support to clients seeking to enhance their security posture. CERTIFICATION OF DOG TEAMS

SDI has on staff, a National Certifying Agent who can certify or recertify your EDD or NDD team. We will travel to your site, and provide the training aids for certification. Certifications are valid for one year. Contact us for details.
